Decission making skill is associated ti the knowleddge or institution of an individual. Similarly, skill can seperated be defineed as an ability to do something better. in this sense, knowledge and skill are complementary to each oyher. inthe other words, they can be taken as the two sides of yhe same coin. both of them are essential for the occupation we choose in our life.
unless we have knowledge and skills we cannot make right decission at right time. the wise andrationala mind with knowledge and skiils of the particular field can only explore in that field. if someone tries to do a works which is not of his/her related field he she may not be successful. for example, a mathmatics teacher can have specialization at maths and english teacher can have better knowledge of english language along with accuracy fluency of the language. but vice-versa is not possible.

A decission  is chosing a profession is very sensative thing. it is an act of chossing the best option from the various alternatives. right decission can help people to reach to the summit of sucess. therefore, one should analyse about something before making decission.it may encourageyou think critically towards the occupation you are  interested in.while making decission, we have to incorporate various kinds of experinces, positive and negative effect, need analysis, relationship and possible feedback etc, etc making decission is matter of taking leadership. any decission  should be made according to time, demands and other various circumstance. it may be wrong decission if it is taken solely and  personaly. so, decission making should involve group dynasism that prevent you from the possible loss. making decission at national and international level of organization also includes the decission given by the member of them as a result, they bring positive change in different aspects of human life
